    Before you put the pool away for the winter, make sure that all of its accessories are removed. This includes the pool pump, vacuums, and ladders. These items should be stored away so they can remain working properly for the next season.

    A pool cover is also important to keep your pool clean and protect it from the harsh weather. Before you buy one, make sure that it fits the right size and shape.

    Vinterstänga poolen, så här gör du

    När vintern kommer och temperaturen sjunker är det dags att stänga poolen för säsongen. När man vill göra det, är högst individuellt och beror på väderförhållandena och temperaturen samt om du har planer på att kallbada. Tänk på det här när du stänger din pool för vintern: Det är viktigt att man alltid tömmer all utrustning som står utomhus. Står cirkulationsanläggningen inomhus i plusgrader behöver man inte dränera. Men det blir då viktigt att se till att rör, ventiler mm som faktiskt löper risk att frysa blir ordentligt tömda.

    Ha koll på alla delar i poolen

    Säkerställ att poolstommen klarar av att frysa, både Thermpoolen och Flexipoolerna klarar av det. Om poolstommen inte klarar av att frysa ska du kontakta din säljare/poolleverantör för mer information.

    Om ni väljer att behålla vattnet i poolen under vintern, se då till så att värdena i poolen är bra innan vinterstängningen fortsätter.

    Låt reningsverket cirkulera poolvattnet och fortsätt med reducerad klorering tills vattentemperaturen i poolen ligger på 7 – 12°C.
