How it all works
When you add the TRÅDFRI gateway to your home WiFi router and download the IKEA Home smart app is when the real magic happens. The gateway will then be able to talk to your connected IKEA Home smart products. You can add smart lighting, smart blinds and control outlets (to make wired electronics smart). With the app, you'll then be able to steer your home: Deciding when the lights should go on and off, when the blinds should go up or down - and set different moods in the app which you can activate with a tap.

How do inom change the pre-set language on the app?
Go to settings (the gear icon in the upper right corner of the home screen). Then go to language settings and pick the language of your choice.
Where do I find the utgåva number of the TRÅDFRI App?
In the TRÅDFRI App you can find the version number at the bottom of the settings page beneath “Clear all settings”.
